An exact pricing calculator fixes a publicly visible tariff that LB cannot easily change without confusing clients, creates unrealistic expectations before a property assessment, and reduces the perception of exclusivity that the Luxury LB brand depends on. All benchmarked luxury competitors in this space use "starting from" ranges, not calculators.
If LB decides to add pricing transparency in the future, the recommended approach is three "starting from" price floors (already implemented) plus a clear note that the final quote requires a brief property walk-through.
