This feature was considered and intentionally excluded from Cot 01.
A contact form was evaluated and rejected for three reasons confirmed in the architecture review (doc 07) and the project brief:
1. Luxury clients prefer direct, named contact over anonymous form submission. The client calls because they see "Call Byron — (305) 733-7963" and know who will answer.
2. A form with data fields creates CCPA/privacy compliance obligations (name, email, phone storage) that add legal complexity with no conversion benefit for this client tier.
3. All benchmark luxury competitors in this space — including Lux4Rides, East End Elite Services, Luxury Residential Cleaning London — use direct phone/WhatsApp as their primary and often exclusive contact method.
The three direct CTA cards above (Call Byron, WhatsApp Byron, Call Liliana) replace this section entirely. If LB ever requests a form for SEO or lead capture purposes, it should be added as a minimal 2-3 field form (name + number + neighborhood) — never a full inquiry form.
